EVENT DETAILS

Grand Prize:
One (1) Year Supply of Earth’s Creations Elderberry Syrup
Total of 24 bottles (16oz each)

Winner Announcement:
The winner will be selected and announced during the first week of December 2025.
The winner will receive their first month’s supply no later than December 31, 2025.

Prize Delivery Options:
The winner may choose to receive:
• All 24 bottles at once, or
• 2 bottles per month from December 2025 – December 2026

Eligibility:
Open to U.S. residents only
Must be 18 years or older to enter.

Shipping:
Shipping fees may apply depending on the winner’s location and current carrier rates.
Local pickup may be arranged when possible.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

To protect both the organization and participants:

  • Prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or substituted for other Earth’s Creations products.

  • All sales are final; raffle tickets are non-refundable.

  • Winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address.

  • Earth’s Creations & Wellness LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or supply chain factors beyond our control.

  • By entering, the participant acknowledges that these products are not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent disease, and that all standard supplement disclaimers apply.

  • Winner agrees to allow Earth’s Creations to publicly announce their first name and general location (ex: “Sarah from Mississippi”) unless they request privacy.
